I don't know.
My 1050Ti is connected to a computer monitor (used both HDMI and DP).
Never ran into any underscan issue with it.
I did set up an SSDT to inject the correct connector-type for each port as it seemed like a good idea.
You never know whether a certain procedure/solution fixes a given problem until you implement it.

@RehabMan , I tried many solutions but still cannot use usb C->HDMI adapter on thundebolt3 port on my laptop. On windows it works flawlessly but on mac it doesn't work. Other usb devices do work on thunderbolt 3 port when attaching before boot or after sleep.

It is probably connected to the missing 0306 port.
You need to patch the framebuffer to add it or to swap an existing port out for the 0306.

Got that working.

But now with 10.13, internal display goes black(backlight still works) after sleep.

Audio is frequently getting lost & sometimes multiple boots are required to solve it. On Sierra, rebuilding cache seemed to be working but now on 10.13, I need to replace the AppleHDA and rebuild cache.

Also, HDMI audio is not working.(Didn't find a need to go for DSDT patch, Required patched have been done from clover config.)

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
