Updated to Supplemental update successfully. Still sleep not working

Have you tried VoodooHDA? I use that for HDMI audio on my HP Elite 8300.

Don't you think voodooHDA will mess with AppleHDA ?

I've never tried using VoodooHDA and AppleHDA together. I would imaging that only one would work in any circumstance.

I spent quite a few hours trying different configs to get back Quick Sync but it still remains broken in High Sierra.

In my system Intel HD is still showing in istatmenu . How do you come to know that your quick sync is not working?

Yes, the Intel HD 630 is still showing in iStat Menus but for some reason the Supplemental Update broke the Quick Sync functionality. From all that I've read, it continues to work with Skylake CPUs.

You can tell if Quick Sync is working by using the method described here.

No problem at all to share anything .
inside EFI/Clover/Kext/Other , i have these kexts :
1)AppleAlc
2)intelGraphicsFixup
3)Lilu
4)NvidiaGraphicsFixup
other loaded kexts are : Screen Shot 2017-10-08 at 5.56.31 PM.png

Thanks for your help!! I got it working!! Turns out it was because I was running pre-release versions of Lilu.kext and IntelGraphicsFixup.kext.
