Hey man, thanks a lot for your input, I appreciate the time you took to reply to this tread. Although honestly, your attitude is rather disappointing. Don't get ahead of yourself for your knowledge. I think it's best to always question it.
I have already tried removing all the peripherals and I don't know what you're talking about when you say "fancy mouse or keyboard". Not sure anyone does. I'm also not looking for a quick all-around solution. I'm aware there's none. I've been troubleshooting this rig for months and I've already explored many options.
Back to the issue - after one more reboot, I can't get into OSX anymore.
Here's what happens when it's showing the "denied" symbol, verbose shows this :
When it goes past that, it shows this and then it shuts itself down:
