Ah! I think it was missing the IOReg saved doc. I have included this in the zipped folder. This also includes the EFI Clover folder, and the Outputs.

Your setup looks fine.
As per post #1, boot without caches (kernel flag -f), rebuild cache (immediately after booting), reboot.

Or you can implement fully patched AppleHDA. It was discussed a while back in this thread.

I re-do this step, ACPI configuration step and install_download.sh (because audio was lost). But the wifi cars still can't be activated.

Updated CLOVER folder into the zip.

According to ioreg, your WiFi is working.
Test on Windows.

ok this is another disk on a 840g1 with 1.40bios (again same config as mi signature). With beta branch, brightness stuck at max, no more boot lag, no more glitches

You are not using the current AppleBacklightInjector.kext.
Either your github copy is not up-to-date, or you forgot to run ./install_downloads.sh.

I don't want to enable a USB port for an internal device, unless the device is fully functional and supported.

Another Question (not related / occured already before the opening of USB ports). Problem with scrambled Clover boot screen
I tried different resultions but it keeps. verbose output doesn't appear (xxxx), but osx screen is ok.
I used an external screen and a docking station, but the same with internal screen and w/o docking. any clue ?
