No idea what you mean by "same results".
If you have a problem, you will need to describe it and provide "Problem Reporting" files.

Hi, I updated to last security update and after restart I have boot loop. Is there any fix for this :( ?
 
When the machine can't even boot into MacOS and just hang on black screen with pluses, how can we possible make all the necessary report files to fill in the problem report requirement???

You will need to figure that out.
Possibly you can boot from a USB created according to the guide.
Or you can collect EFI/Clover by removing the system drive and connecting it to a working computer.
Also, EFI is FAT32 and can be accessed from Windows or Linux.
