Hello,
I own a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 2nd Gen USB Audio Interface, but it's not working: Focusrite Control Software (v. 2.1.7) only shows "No Hardware Connected", although the System recognizes my interface as connected via USB.
My Hackintosh is Sierra 10.12.5;
Nothing happened re-installing the software several times, rebooting the computer and switching USB ports and cables. I have both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports.
I tried the interface with a genuine MacBook Yosemite 10.10.5 and it works just fine. It also worked fine on my previous Windows 10 OS (same Hardware).
Can anyone help me with that?
Have you tried doing this?

I'm having the same problem with my 18i18. I haven't yet had the energy or patience to make it through this guide and set up the USB properly, but my theory is that once I do the USB compatibility issues might go away.
Can anyone confirm or disconfirm my theory?
I'm having LOTS of problems with USB midi devices. I'm starting to think that maybe hackintosh just isn't the way to go for musicians.
I installed both the ALC1150 and series 100 drivers from Mulit-Beast
