Confirmed Audio Interfaces (Hobbyist/Pro-sumer/Pro) & Drivers - Mac OS X

Is there a PCI Express audio card that works with sierra?

RME Fireface UFX via USB works perfectly
DAW: Cubase 8.5.x

Also: Waves SoundGrid driver (audio over ethernet) works perfectly, too.

Also, Waves SoundGrid Server works great - extra CPU power for running Waves plugins over low-latency ethernet. I mention it here because there are servers with built-in audio interfaces as well as pure compute servers.

Mac OS X: 10.11.6

Great to hear. Which setup and server do you use? I'm using LV1 with extreme server and 2x IOX. For capturing a show I use a hackintosh and apple main stage also running on a hackintosh intel Nuc skylake which audio out is also Ethernet. Works such great.

Been running the Apollo 8P daisy-chained to my UAD 2 Satellite Octo through thunderbolt perfectly, currently having some issues getting my new Antelope Audio to function properly over thunderbolt though.

Since kext-dev-mode used to work, I would say it is about rootless this time. Is System Integrity Protection enabled?

Propellerheads Balance working fine here.
