Just installed 10.12.5 with this guide on my desktop with the following specs:

i7-5820k
MSI X99S SLI PLUS
16GB DDR4 Corsair Dominator
980TI
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB

Install went super smooth, network worked out of the box at first, but after I installed the Nvidia Web Drivers it broke for some reason. I then installed the AppleIntel network kext and network was working fine again.

All USB ports are working with the "Increase Max Port Limit 200 Series" Headphones only work through the green and pink connector on the motherboard, if I use one of the USB ports only the microphone works.

Unfortunately after a few boots I got the error message: Error allocating 0x#### pages at 0x#### alloc type 2 couldn't' allocate runtime area.

I found this tutorial that people suggested that might fix it:
https://github.com/wmchris/DellXPS15-9550-OSX/blob/master/Additional/slide_calc.md

Thanks for the excellent tutorial.

I'll update the post if it works :)

I have the same configuration like in the first Post: i75820k, GTX 970, GA-x99 ud4, 32GB DDR4

Update to Sierra 10.12.5 works just fine. Combined with the latest Nvidia Web Driver Update there also no Problems with crash in Premiere Pro CC 2017.

I lost all my Audio Connection --> Fixed it with VodooHDA (the kext replacement doesnt worked for me)

edit: got my things working after a while trying different things. thanks for the guide!

@malki

Do you experience any lag over hdmi to tv. I have dual monitor setup (dp and dvi) and samsung tv over hdmi, and when I play videos in vlc or other players on that tv, audio is a bit off and there is some stutter so the motion is not fluid. It is fine on other two screens. I noticed that you have similar setup and was wondering if this issue is present.

I don't use hdmi audio under mac os so I can't say. I use it under windows with all the time which works perfectly with vlc. On mac os sierra I haven't experienced any issues with video playback, but I mainly use mac for photo / video editing and windows for everything else.

No, I also don't use hdmi audio, it is played back from audio usb card Focusrite conected to monitor speakers. Even in Premiere If I use that tv (1080p samsung) as, for example, full screen monitor it is few frames out of sync comparing to the other two Dell's, one is 2.5k on Display port and other HD on dvi.

The icon appears in menu bar with mirroring options etc, I tried some non native refresh rates but still the same. Maybe this is offtopic or not hackintosh related, sorry for that, just to check out whether someone else has that issue since we mosly have the similar rig. Thanks for answer

sorry to hear that. I have 2 4k monitors, each connected via display port. I also have a tv in the other room connected to the card with a long hdmi cable, but I don't use this in mac, only in windows when I want to watch movies in the other room. I can't say i have experienced video lag on playback, even if i put a lot of fx on while video editing, it might drop frames but never goes out of sync. It sound like it might be the hdmi cable or the monitor. Or try connecting it a different way, via dvi and see if it makes a difference.

"Pre Install - Step 3
Copy EFI Mounter 3 / Clover Configurator to Your Applications."

Does that mean to add them to my Applications applications folder where all my macOS applications are?

"Then open the EFI partition from the unibeast drive"

Where can i find the unibeast drive?

*i am new to all this.

The UniBeast drive is your usb installation drive.

Dear Malki,

Thank you for this guide, worked like a charm for 10.12.5 with my GA-UD4P . I even got Audio from all HDMI, case and MOBO, which was not happening with 10.10.5 using https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...e-10-10-x-full-temp-guide-100-working.156626/ , so also thanks for that previous guide.

Is there any way to get full temps on HWmonitor? Only getting for Hardrives
[EDIT] Got it to work by adding missing kexts as mentioned in [Solved] FakeSMCGPU Sensor Kext Not Working - Didn't add FakeSMC though, as it was not present before [EDIT]

Also, looking forward to get full speed out of m.2 960evo with current build. - [Guide] HackrNVMeFamily co-existence with IONVMeFamily using class-code spoof
[EDIT] Realized is not possible as MOBO is only 10Gb, although in theory that should equal to 1250 MB. Will fix with M.2 PCI - thinking of Asus Hyper M.2 x4 Mini [EDIT]
