Very nice guide again Rehabman. Thanks.

My question is, after following the guide, what happens to all the NVME KextToPatch Entries we had in Clover? Should we remove them all?

No need for KextsToPatch as far as block size adjustment for IONVMeFamily...
This guide never uses them at all...

That's what I thought. Thanks.

@RehabMan Once again I've followed one of your marvelous tutorials and learned something new. I love that your write-ups aren't numbered step-by-step guides but teachings that give reasoning and fact along side the process. You are an asset to the community and I hope that you will always be here. Frankly, I don't know how you find the time to accomplish these amazing projects for the community or find the patience to provide such unparalleled support. Thank you.

@RehabMan Thank you for the great guide and patches!

I'm going to build a hack with a bootable NVMe SSD and I wonder what is the correct procedure to update the Sierra when next versions come out.

1. Wait for new NVMe patch?
2. Update system from app store and restart?
3. Will the system boot after restart if I have class-code spoof patch installed?
4. Apply new patch and restart?

Read post #1. Your question is answered directly.

Post#1 says:
- update via App Store
- wait for RehabMan to update the patch-nvme github project
- update your copy of the patch-nvme github repo

There is no info if after update my system will reboot without an error/kp. Will the patched kext from earlier system version work with the updated system or not?

No one can predict the future, but I expect the previous patched kext will work with the update. So far, it has...

Thank you for the info. This is what I wanted to know :)

Hello to all of you. Thank you RehabMan for your work. I followed your guide and I managed to make it work but with some issues. If I create and use HackrNVMeFamily 10_12_3 it does not work and I am on 10_12_3 fresh install. If I use HackrNVMeFamily 10_12_0 it works perfectly. What could be the problem?
