Direct Update to macOS Sierra using Clover

I found the solution for my problem

As I said before clover is only on my thumb drive plugged into my hack. No Clover on my hack's ssd (For some reason it doesn't work but it doesn't bother me). So when I did the update, there were kexts on the system drive... I installed clover on my hack's ssd and put the kext in "Other". Now It works like a charm :)

Man I have this same issue of yours. Can you tell me what kexts you copied on "other" folder. I have just realtekALC.kext but no FakeSMC :(

Put FakeSMC & appropiate Ethernet kext in EFI/Clover/kexts/other recommend removing rest of the folders leaving other.

That worked! THANK YOU! Now I just have completed the installation and audio and ethernet are not working. Do I run MultiBeast or there's another way to fix it?

Upon the installation process i get the following message "this version of macos 10.12 cannot be installed on this computer".

any suggestions?

//edit
i run el capitan and clover

MultiBeast for Sierra should be out shortly and you can update your build.

Or for Ethernet, get the latest kext from the kext download section, put it on your Desktop, unzip it and remove your older Ethernet kext from both the /EFI/.../kexts/ and /L/E/ folders. Run KextBeast and choose the /L/E/ folder. Reboot.

After you get Ethernet back, download toleda's audio script from his guide Sierra Desktop/Realtek AppleHDA Audio.

This has been covered several times already - Your SMBIOS is probably that of a Mac that fails to meet the minimum spec to install Sierra. Suggest you change it to iMac14,2.

You are running a non support System Defintion, like Mac Pro 3,1. Use MultiBeast to just change the System Definition to iMac14,2.

Upgraded from El Capitan 10.11.6 without problem, following the instructions here.

Direct Update from Sierra PB7 to Final didn't work for my broadwell-e setup, i did a fresh install with Sierra, something i've noticed is that you cannot run the Broadwell-e FakeCPUIDs and patch kernel (reboot fix in my case) off of the USB fresh install, what you have to do is load with Haswell FAKECPUID and NullCPU and Voodootsc kexts and then after installation you can delete these kexts from your 10.12 or other folder, so i'm guessing this is what my problem was with the Direct update as well
