Let's see if you followed the guide...

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

here it is... please take a look. notify me if miss something

The files in ACPI/patched are not up-to-date with respect to the github project. Use install_acpi.sh as per guide. The config.plist appears to be the latest, but new config.plist with old SSDTs is probably a bad idea.

Clover/kexts is not per guide (old kexts, not the set according to guide).

ok I'll try to fix this...
and about "clover/kext is not per guide (old Kext, not the set according to guide)" should I Place it to 10.11 folder instead delete it ?

thank you rehab man

Update!

Rehab man I Update to 10.11.5. and my problem same. if I use Wireless to go online, then I Plug LAN RJ45, my wireless suddenly off. and Can't turn it on again. this problem doesn't appear on Yosemite 10.10.5. But when I Restart the machine, I can turn on/off my wireless again (LAN RJ45 Plugged Off).

how to solve this ?
I Attached File "Problem Reporting". Notify me if did something wrong.

thank you rehab man

You still have more kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts than needed.
All kexts there should be in Other.
And you need only FakeSMC.kext, VoodooPS2Controller.kext, and IntelMausiEthernet.kext.

Is BIOS up-to-date?

Is there a reason you have no batteries installed? (and is it correct?)
