No. The SSDT must match the pstates supported by the CPU.
If you have overheat problems, it is likely your implementation of power management is flawed.
The temperature is correct. However when I am watching a video on youtube, streaming a vidéo... the temperature is around 65°C and the fan is noisy. That's not the same on Windows, even if I have my laptop on my bed... The fan is quiet on Windows, thanks to the stamina and speed version (Vaio mode) maybe ?
I am looking for a solution, but I cannot find something.
Maybe I can disable the speedstep to be stuck on idle mode for a quiet mode, but how to do that ?
