Your config.plist looks correct and has the VGA patch.
Note that VGA patching for HD3000 has always been unreliable... and perhaps worse in Yosemite.
Procedure for using VGA:
- plug in the device, turn it on, make sure it is set to VGA input
- SysPrefs->Displays, hold Option, click "Detect Displays"
If it doesn't work, it is probably a compatibility problem with the specific device.
It is best to:
- disable the VGA patch in config.plist
- carry/use an HDMI->VGA adapter
Please note that the VGA patch will only work if you have vanilla AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext installed. If you've been messing with patched kexts on-disk, don't expect Clover config.plist patches designed for vanilla kexts to work.
to check of my hdmi port was working i connected my laptop to my hdmi tv. it was working fine(sound also)
but the weird thing is that hdmi is set to disabled in the config.plist and vga still enabled.
so yeah is this normal?
thanx
