I am quite aware what this issue is, however I have no idea how to fix it. I've been following the suggestions in this thread: http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/31101-apple-id-valid-but-not-icloud-account.html - However I have yet to find a solution. The App Store works as well as Ethernet. My ethernet is recognised as built in and is set to 0. I have also reinstalled Multibeast and changed the serial code. None of these have worked.

I followed this build guide during installation: http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/93089-new-success-dingleberrys-content-creator-build-ga-x79s-up5-x79-c606-i7-3930k-32gb-gtx670.html - The only difference to that build is that I'm running OSX on a RAID 0 array, am using a GTX 780 rather than a GTX 670, am using 10.8.4 rather than 10.8.3, am using the most recent Multibeast and I'm dual booting. Otherwise all the parts are the same.

This is my first hackintosh, so I don't quite know what I'm doing, but I have a decent idea. I've managed to get everything else working perfectly.. Except iCloud. I'd really appreciate some step by step help! Thanks

Same here. Was trying to just fix iMessage issue and now this has happened to me. iCloud.com login works fine. iCloud on iPad works fine. iCloud on Hackintosh (and iMessage) is FUBAR.

I have run into this situation twice now myself simply trying to get iMessage to work. The only solution I have found is to restore from a working version of my OS and re-enter my password (I make SuperDuper clones every time I have success with a kext or some other setup change). Here is how it breaks down for me:

1. Do everything I can find to try an fix iMessage prior to Password change
2. Change iCloud password at https://appleid.apple.com & re-login on a real mac (system prefs) & iPad mini
3. iCloud breaks on Hackintosh only - "This Apple ID is valid but is not an iCloud account"
4. Fists of rage, smacking forehead
5. Restore from SuperDuper made 1 hour ago (which still had iCloud working, but no iMessage and old password)
6. Re-login to iCloud with new password (system prefs)
7. it works magically! Even iMessage now works.
8. Re-install Chameleon bootloader and hope it continues to work

I'm not sure what causes this to work, but it has worked twice for me now. Also, I cannot recommend more highly SuperDuper clones prior to messing with ANYTHING! Even if everyone says some process will work, there is no guarantee it will work for your system and this simple act will save you tons of time and headaches! Plus, you can go crazy and try tons of things with no worries about breaking anything, you are just a few clicks away from being back up and running. Hope this helps.

Under MultiBeast 5.4.2, the following option was made available, the developer asked for it to be removed however and a new version of MultiBeast replaced 5.4.2 the following day.

Anyone get this resolved using Clover and Yosemite?

Seen lots of threads about other bot loaders and this issue, but none so far with Clover.
