Try to insert AtiConfig=Velvet in your boot.plist

I have the same card but on 10.6.8.
Mine is working with bulrushes.

Did you activate the intel graphic in your bios??

and SMBIOS MBP or MacMini.
That depens on your DID in AppleSystemProfiler of your onboard video.
