From the specs it should run OS X, but it doesn't list audio codec or networking NIC. Impossible to tell if they will work from information given.
If you are really interested in using it, contact Zotac and find out about codec and NIC.

Hi,
Looking at the drivers page:

http://www.zotac.com/products/mini-...e/order/DESC/amount/10/section/downloads.html

It seems to have Realtek based LAN drivers.
The Product GUID is 8833FFB6-5B0C-4764-81AA-06DFEED9A476.
Looking into the drivers it has the number 8168C.

The WiFi is based on Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 according to the review at AnandTech:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/8405/zotac-zbox-ei750-plus-a-featurerich-iris-pro-minipc

Again according to the download page the Audio is by Realtek.
Product GUID - f132af7f-7bca-4ede-8a7c-958108fe7dbc

The BlueTooth is Intel based.

The IR is NuVoton based.

What do you think now?

Thank You.

Ought to work, but you would probably wind up replacing the WiFi/BT card with the Azure Wave - see http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

It seems like Gigabyte's Brix Pro works out of the box and I believe they have the same hardware.

Any reason this ZOTAC box requires replacement of the WiFi card?

Is there any Mini PC which can get Out of The Box experience?

Thank You.

If the Brix Pro works OOB with same hardware, then the Zotac should work just as well. If the Zotac appeals to you better than the Gigabyte, then go of it.

Hi,
I basically asked what makes you think it won't work (The WiFi)?

And, are there any Mini PC's which works easily for a first timer?

Thank You.

Hello,

I bought the Zotaz ZBOX IE750.

I followed the guide here:

http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks...uide-gigabyte-brix-brix-pro-using-clover.html

And Here:

https://eexe1.wordpress.com/2014/04...and-window-8-1-in-gigabyte-brix-pro-tutorial/

Yet, after I boot from the USB Drive and chose: "Boot OS X Install From Install OS X Mavericks" I get the Apple icon on a white background for few seconds and then it crashes and the device boots again.

Any thought how to get it work?
All I need at first is the Ethernet, nothing more.

Thank You.

Hello,

Got some more information about the ZOTAC ZBOX IE750:

Chip Set - HM87.
Audio - Realtek ALC892-GR
Ethernet - Realtek RTL8111F
WiFi - Intel AC3160

I used the latest Clover version.

By the way, even when I chose verbose mode, it goes so quickly I can't see at what line it crashes.
How can I slow it down?

I saw people having enough time to actually read what it says.

Thank You.
