I think some of the OP using ASUS Z690 motherboards are installing the management Engine (ME) before doing a BIOS update. You could check with @CaseySJ

@NZRichard at the moment i'm in a project, i need the computer with maximum stability, i don't want to do a lot of changes right now, i could try it in a few months
