Z690/Z790 ITX Motherboard with TB4

I need ITX motherboards with Thunderbolt 3/4. I currently have a Z490 PG ITX/TB3 (with modified wifi/BT module) and it works great but I need more processing power and I would like to upgrade to 13900k. Can you recommend a model that will work well with macOS?

TB4 does not work "well" with macOS. If you can work with cold plug, look into the few miniITX motherboards which fit your requirements.
If you want Thunderbolt to work "like a Mac", get a GC-Titan Ridge card and a Z690/Z790 board that is large enough to accommodate it next to the mandatory GPU.

(Coolers for a 13900K are not small. And nor is a Radeon VII or a RX6800/6900 if graphic power is required as well. So what's the point of a puny mini-ITX board?)
