Z68XP-UD5 F6 / i7-2600K / ATI 6870 Optimized config.plist with Clover

Hi, I recently changed from chimera/multibeast setup to clover and I'm very new to this. I have managed to install and have most things running just fine (other than iMessages).

But I also feel like my computer is not running at full speed, what i mean is i ran geekbench and i used to get around 15000+ rating and now I'm at 10000 for multi core 64bit test. How do i know if i'm running at most optimized setting (currently don't have pstate and cstates enabled, do i need them or how do i find my correct SSDT setting?) and whats the best way to find the right settings for my config.plist using clover configurator? I hope i make sense.

My setup is:
Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD5 F6
ATI Radeon 6870
i7-2600K
16GB
1TB SSD

enabling pstate and cstate and the computer hangs on the apple logo screen. I have to then connect my yosemite clover usb and boot that way and edit the config.plist and remove the pstate and cstate for it to work properly again. any suggestions?
