Yosemite EVGA NVIDIA GTX970 problem

Okay.
After going back and re-installing as stated, I rebooted with the
nv_disable=1
tag. This froze.
I re-booted using the
dart=0 IGPEnabler=No GraphicsEnabler=No nvda_drv=1 -f -v
sequence.

Since I did not get the deadbeef error I shot and am posting this:

It loos different enough to possibly give better clues.

Is the BIOS running with latest available firmware ??

Try booting with "dart=0 nv_disable=1 -f -v -x"

Hey.
Since we last communicated I have done the following.
Updated the BIOS to the most recent version (9).

Re-Set the BIOS to the suggested parameters.
Re-Formatted the Drive and put a new copy of Yosemite on it.
(Using the "Barely There" graphics from the card)
Did the "bare-minimum" multi-beast install designating the System as a MacPro 3,1

Was able to log in and register again and updated the NVIDA driver as far as it would let me.
Since I updated the drivers I have not been able to get back in.
I keep getting the attached.

After re-reading the forums today it seems that some people have had success by removing the card on the initial install and working from there.

Is that sound advice?

Any help, will again be appreciated. (Will update my profile with my system info if it will let me prior to this post, if not it will be up soon, but it is detailed in post 1)

Thanks Again.

If the Turbo Boost is enabled on BIOS then Disable it and try to boot again.

Finally.
After scanning the boards here, I read about a possible solution.
Changing my system Definition to iMac 14,2.

Had all that loaded in Intel Native Video. Downloaded the SECOND to latest nVidia driver package.
(WebDriver-346.01.02f02.pkg)

This finally loaded and gave me the option to boot with the web graphic driver.
On the first re-start I had to use the nvda_drv-1 to get it to boot but after that it was clear sailing.

When I upgraded to the LATEST driver I started getting what I suppose were Kernal Panics again so I downgraded. No problem since. (A whole 30 minutes ago)

But Sound, iTunes, and everything else appears to be working. (although the sound quality leaves a little to be desired, it appears to be about half strength)

So I'm finally running through HDMI 2560 x 1440 at 60HZ I believe.

More later.
Thanks for all of your help.
