Yosemite Build February 2015 - MSI z97i ACK Mini-ITX - Trouble Installing

Hi there, i am having trouble installing.
The installer stops after loading the Bluetooth, @ around 15% in.
i have disabled Intel VT-D and CFG Lock in Bios as recommended on this site.
i have also tried "GraphichsEnabler=" yes and no, also tried "-v -x"
The PCIE Card is set to default bootup graphics in BIOS

Components used in the build:

MSI Gaming z97i ACK
Intel 4790k - Devil's Canyon 4Ghz CPU
16 GB 2400Mhz Kingston Beast RAM
Asus Strix - GTX 960
No CD drive.


Any suggestions?

Try installing with these boot flags:

nv_disable=1 -x

Try booting with flags "PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=No nv_disable=1 -v"
