Follow boots-args you must use:

npci=0x2000 (or npci=0x3000)
nv_disable=1 (for setup till you install the nv webdriver)

It does not matter that your UniBeast/Clover did work with your H81 board. The Z9PE-D8 is a totally different plattform of hardware and a much more complex bios.

I had that too and for me booting the system on a real mac and update the nvidia drivers there worked to get it working again.

This is on my to-do list - I have a disabled wife so finding time is an issue
 
Has anyone found a driver fro USB3 with this Motherboard?
 
It could be great a guide with the version of MultiBeast and a folder with the goods kexts!

MultiBeast 8.2.3
GenericUSBXHCI 1.2.11 installed in L/E.

El Capitan 10.11.1
Gigabyte N98TG1 GTX 980 Ti (3x)
Quadro K5000

I managed to install El capitan with but nothing works:
No USB3
No SATA
No GPU only with "nv_disable=1"
