X99 dual Titan X build. will this work?

Been using my mac pro 3.1 since 2008 and now its time for an upgrade.
plan is to gut the box and put these in.

Will this work on a yosemite hackintosh build or will I be stuck with winblows?

You may have a hard time fitting a full ATX size board in a Mac Pro case. Check out the different case mods in the workshop forum - http://www.tonymacx86.com/mac-pro-mods/
