are these hackintosh-able? doesn't seem like they are via the buyer's guide. in particular looking to purchase a x470 gaming pro carbon for my pc.

That is an AMD chipset motherboard. That's why they are not listed here.
The methods and software on this site is not supported on AMD Ryzen nor Atom CPUs. Desktop systems using chipsets from NVIDIA, ATI, VIA or SIS are also not supported.

If you want to go with AMD then Google is your friend.
