I wonder where is the variable which has the value X270 ? I do not this this reference under the DSDT, SSDT,....files.

I'm wondering the same and have the same problems as fraisidos125 (Clickpad not working). Can anybody answer this question?

If I use the TLUCK voodoo kext from the T440s guide I have clickpad and touchpad functionality but no settings for my touchpad in my system settings.

Have you tried my EFI?

This is the process I went through to get the trackpad buttons working:

Yes I tried. I'm currently using the kexts, drivers, and config (the latter with some small changes) from your EFI. Thanks for sharing, btw! For the moment I replaced the Voodoo kext by that of TLUCK.
Furthermore, audio quality via headphones lacks.
The rest of it seems to be working pretty well at the moment.

I've tried that also.

Yes, the headphone output I haven't solved.

@Feartech had some good suggestions.

Have you patched your battery?

It seems to be a pre-requisite for trackpad functionality.

OS version?

Mojave 10.14.6

Ok, same CPU class and OS version as me.

If you are using my EFI and the buttons are not working, I only have avenues of investigation.

It would be good if we can debug this. I have some questions for you:
  • What patches have you applied?
  • Do you have the trackpoint working?
  • Are you dual booting Windows 10/Linux? If so, what Synaptics driver version are you using?
  • What are your BIOS settings for mouse & keyboard?
  • Have you removed all hackintosh kexts out of systems directories and placed them in Other?
Does your IOReg look like this
