Won't boot after 2x4 Ram upgrade (several beeps & black scr)

ok, im an idiot. i didnt read your first post properly. i assumed you only had 2 sticks.

did you buy the same ram? is the voltage the same on all the ram sticks?

They are all ddr3 1333 kingstom value ram. So everything should match or?

The machine will boot with 2x4 or 2x2 ram modules butnot them all together...

Can your bios support more then 8G ram? Some do not. Just because you have 4 slots don't mean you can fill them with more ram then your board supports.

He said in the first post 2x4gb = 8
and 2x2gb= 4

8+4=12
