Then paste the "template" code provided.
Then edit as required to match your ACPI path of your graphics device.

Just curious... which method did you use? (there are three different methods proposed).

i used the second method.
Disabling Nvidia by patching DSDT and SSDT 12 and 13 (In my case)

Although complex, especially for those just getting started, that is really the best way to approach it, as it accomplishes a task you will need to do anyway.
