Will ATI Radeon HD 3650 work on El-Capitan

I have spare ATI graphic Card. i want to install El-capitan and i want to know that will it work or not.
Graphic Card complete Model is

ATI-102-B38101(b)

waiting for replies.

Else if this card needs kexts, then please let me know. Also please suggest any cheap graphic card supported in El-capitan.

I Have been wanting to know the same thing but for the Mobility version of the 3650
