PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR I AM JUST A NEWBIE. PLEASE GO EASY ON ME.
So I was able to install Yosemite on my laptop, everything's working fine until the wifi wasn't recognized hence I installed the kexts. Luckily, after hours of searching, I was able to find one:
http://www.osx86.net/file/4072-atheros-ar5b95-wifi-card-kext/
My wifi card is an Atheros AR5B95.
OSX did recognize the card, but it can't scan any networks. Like it says Wi-Fi is on, but there are no networks (though there's some wifi networks here). So I Googled the issue and found this:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-laptop-support/144218-problem-wifi-ar5b97-no-find-network.html
I installed the kext, but no luck still and I'm stumped. Any help to me would be greatly appreciated.
