I installed Clover to the ESP. Now the HD that OS X is on shows up twice in the boot menu. One is "UEFI OS <drive name>" and one is "CLOVER". My motherboard is set to only boot with UEFI. How do I remove the first one I listed?

Clover shows up because it is in the EFI partition on a system booting UEFI.
UEFI OS + drive name shows because it is the HDD/SDD you have the OS on.
Both are needed. Why would you want to get rid of one of them? You will never see them unless you boot to BIOS.

There is no way to hide a drive in BIOS, and if you could it would be worthless because if hidden, there would be no way for the system to access it because it couldn't find it.

Thanks for answering my question. I want to remove one for visual simplicity. Guess I am just gonna have to deal with it.
