What is the best way to backup EVERYTHING

Hello everyone,


I recently ran into an issue with my Catalina Hackintosh that I may need to completely reinstall macOS Catalina. If/when I do, I’d like to create a back up of the whole entire drive. I am aware of Time Machine and how it’s possible to restore from a backup but I’ve also read that I may need to reinstall clover and all that Jazz. Is there a solid program that I can use that will back up and restore everything including clover? I would like to just restore the whole drive and have everything the way it was and not have to go back through and make changes again. Thank you in advance!

As far as the EFI Folder its easy enough for clone.
Legacy a bit harder but doable
