What is HD3000 ig-platform-id for El Capitan?

I'm trying to dual Elcapitan and Window. But after install Windows 10, I cannot boot to Windows. only El capitan work. Can you help me?
 
Hello, I have problem in VGA and Sound, it is onboard graphics, here is my spec:

Toshiba L850-B433
  • Intel Core i7 3630QM @ 2.40GHz
  • Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
  • RAM 6.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
  • Motherboard Intel PLCSF8 (U3E1)
  • Graphics ATI AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series (Toshiba)
  • Resolusi 1366x768
  • Audio AMD High Definition Audio
what ig-platform-id to inject? I'm still confuse what to do to get the Graphics working well.
By the way, I'm using Sierra.

I have attached my laptop ioreg, clover config.plist and also ss of my Mac.
