USB configuration still looks wrong.
You have only two SSxx ports marked UsbConnector=3, but four HSxx ports marked UsbConnector=3.
Should be 1:1.
 
I have a question about the bluetooth card. Mine is DW1560 M.2 card, (BCM94352Z) so it is attached to an M.2 internal port on the laptop. It appears as HS08 on the USB config. Should I mark it as internal (255), USB 2 (2) or USB 3 (3)? If I have to mark it as USB 3, then it should be a corresponding SS0x? Right now I have marked it as internal (255).

internal (255) is correct
 
Excellent, thanks. I also have a USB-C connector on the laptop that I coulnd't test because I don't have an USB-C external SSD. I'm sure that one of the ports I have deleted from SSDT-UIAC-ALL corresponds to that port. I really don't mind now because I will not be using that port, but is there a problem if the port exists physically and it is not included in SSDT-UIAC-ALL?

It's OK to eliminate this port from your SSDT :)
BTW, SSDT-UIAC-ALL is better be named SSDT-UIAC, as the 'ALL' in it is saying all of the ports/controllers are defined in the original .dsl file, not in the one that was suited for you.
 
Great. The problem is... after all the changes I made since the beginning of this thread, the issue persists. Can't connect using instant hotspot, and the option to auto unlock using Apple Watch is missing. I really don't know what can be happening. All point to that it should be working, but it isn't. I will upload new problem reporting files later.

Your problem is probably due to a bluetooth firmware compatibility problem.

Is there a way to solve that? Maybe using an injector as you have explained in the readme for the bcrm kexts, and inject a new firmware from windows drivers?

You could check in Windows to see if there is newer firmware than that embedded in BrcmPatchRAM kexts.
If you cold boot into Windows (assuming drivers are loaded), then restart into macOS, BrcmPatchRAM will not load new firmware (already loaded), and you can then compare results/firmware versions with cold boot into macOS (where BrcmPatchRAM will load firmware).
