So, I have ASUS Rampage II Extreme, i7-975XE, 12GB (6x2) Corsair 1600 RAM, MSI nVidia GeForce GTX 580. I have installed Mountain Lion using Unibeast, installed Easy option of MultiBeast, installed special network kext and now I have a strange problem with audio.

VoodooHDA 0.2.7.3 works with my integrated audio card set to HDAudio in BIOS.

BUT: it work during desktop work, but after reboot, when I boot it hangs the system causing KP. I then run USB start, use Terminal to rm VoodooHDA.kext, run Disk Utility to fix permissions and boot normally without sound. Then, at desktop I install VoodooHDA again using MultiBeast and it works - until next boot.

Any idea? Maybe somehow delay loading 1 kext to "after boot"? Or somehow automate MultiBeast process and script it for after-boot action?

I have the same issue. Anyone make any progress on this?

Remove AppleHDA and keep only voodoo.
