For some reason, on my hack, disconnecting or connecting USB devices causes the machine to wake from sleep. I've tested it with a printer and multiple flash drives, meanwhile my real Macbook does not wake for such an event.

For example, if I unplug a USB flash drive while it is sleeping, the logs contain:

Code:
Jun 29 22:32:42 iMac kernel[0]: USB (XHCI Root Hub USB 2.0 Simulation):Port 1 on bus 0xa connected or disconnected: portSC(0xe0202a0)
Jun 29 22:32:42 iMac kernel[0]: Wake reason: XHC
Jun 29 22:32:42 iMac kernel[0]: The USB device v125w (Port 1 of Hub at 0x14000000) may have caused a wake by being disconnected

I have checked in the BIOS for any options related to the USB configuration or power management, nothing seems to help.

Any ideas?

This happens with my real mac as well so I assume it is just part of OSX.
