Upgrade video card from Nvidia to Ati

Do you have any other suggestions?

My RX580 shows no output from firmware when both

• the graphics card firmware is not stock i.e. has been modded
• firmware settings are for UEFI OS rather than legacy e.g. CSM off, 'Windows Features' enabled - whatever setting triggers the UEFI graphics driver
