Update to 10.9.1 via app store? Should i encounter any problem?

Currently using mavericks (hp pavilion dv6).

If i update to the latest 10.9.1 will i encounter any problems on the kext i installed? Will rehabman patch apple HD work? or all of its dsdt patches from his repo?

Mostly 10.9.1 is a graphics + audio update. You will need to only restore (or re-patch) AppleHDA.
