Apple no longer makes Mavericks available for download unless you had already downloaded it back in 2013/2014. So if you didn't do that then, you'll have to try a different macOS or OS X version.I have been trying to make OS X Mavericks work on UniBeast.

Open the disk image, then open the .pkg installer inside the disk image. It installs an app named Install OS X El Capitan. Leave that app in your Applications folder to begin making the Unibeast USB installer.
