Unibeast 9.2 Stuck on Copying Files (Tried everything from search)

Hi everyone, lately I have been trying to install Catalina, unfortunately, i had the same problem and i discovered that Unibeast app must be in to path /Applications. I used to open the app in downloads folder´s and the app go frozen when it was copying the files in the last steep of "creation". When I ran the unibeast app in the path /Applications (with the same USB), the app spent 8 minutes to create a booteable USB.
