Its been stuck for a fairly long time (30 minutes).
I've changed from a 16gb to a 8gb usb flash drive and still the same thing happens.
Console:
PS: The 16gb flash drive was having an error where it couldn't modify the plist. Still have not gotten the error on the 8gb flash drive.
