Problem Solved, I think the problem happen because of wrong SMCBatteryManager. Replace with another kext fount here solved the problem. Thanks

which kext are you talking about exactly?

Here it goes ... I keep thinking that sometimes the problem was fixed but my mistake. Could someone try with High Sierra, it was said that these jumps do not occur

oh yes they are not third-party kexts..I understand.I will not try yet

Not yet, as I was using onpenCore I tried to see if it was because of it ... I made a pendrive again with the clover to verify, what I realized is that certain kexts cause the problem, either from Catalina, or from the kext folder of bootloader..I gave the boot, first without the video support kexts and etc. like Lilu and Whatervergreen, and flags such as: nv_disable = 1 the mouse ran like a racehorse without any problems afterwards without some flags..also all ok, when I replaced the Lilu and Whater kexts ... it returned as before.
