I just recently fixed my trackpad and keyboard for my laptop and everything seems to be working fine, except this slight annoyance when using both my keyboard and mouse where I can't use my trackpad for around 1 second after I use my keyboard. This problem becomes more and more annoying when using my laptop for basic tasks that require me to use my keyboard. My config can be found below, if there is anymore information I can supply, just let me know. Thank you!

Thanks for replying and moving my thread accordingly. I read through the FAQ and the laptop guide; both weren't any help to my specific problem. I'll add my Clover folder if that's what you mean by "Problem Reporting" files. Thank you.

shouldn't be 19mb problem reporting file,

use the tool from the faq to collect the info and upload that file

Oh... Sorry. I believe I did it right now. Let me know if there's something I did wrong, thanks.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
Read post #2 of the Clover guide for details:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, you have conflicting kexts installed.
VoodooPS2Controller.kext and ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext are mutually exclusive.
When I remove the ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext, it fixes the typing/trackpad issue, but I have to use two fingers to right-click, and my cursor tends to spas more often. Is there anyway to fix this and change it so I can just right-click without two fingers?

You should contact the author of ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext.
I will not support it as it is closed-source and violates the APSL.
