i- update bios to latest win 1.9
ii- in bios go advance config> disable esata
iii- set boot priority to cd/dvd
1- boot empire cd after boot remove empire cd install retail 10.6 dvd wait
while press f5 icon change from efi empire to retail install dvd press spacebar type busratio=17 -v enter
2-select language enter
3- go to disk utility make partition as per tony instruction

4-after installation finish restart boot again form efi cd put now select new snowHD press spacebar type busratio=17 -v
5-now snow leopard run 10.6 update to 10.6.2 follow coming procedure for multibeast method on use multibeast 1.1.0 after update to 10.6.2

go extra-com.apple.boot and change busratio=17
or open com.apple.boot with texteditor and add it here

update 10.6.4 directly from 10.6.2 put before this
Download Pacifist and open the 10.6.4 pkg. Go to system >library>extension> ioplatformfamilyplugin.kext and install only this. (Right click - install - replace-accept every change)
restart update from 10.6.2 to 10.6.4 without running multibeast

my bios is the latest and it is 1.8 it's fabrique in canada i look around at urs in europe u have 1.9 for ur laptop but mine is the latest A500 psar9c-01x002

i never used empire cd i get to used Iboot supported and it worked for me with -v -x mode and without busratio=17 with 10.6 retail dvd and get it success install
after clean install from 10.6 i try to update directly to 10.6.4 i get this kernel panic before finish update in 1 min
ok mate i will try ur procdure just to finish download 10.6.2
another thing i have the latest multibest 2.3.0 and i dont know where to get 1.1.0 it is fine to use it or i have to use this version
and it is fine to use iboot supported instead of empire cd anyway i had download it and found 2 iso file (bootcd.iso and legacybootcd.iso) which one i have to choose

ok now after making all of this i still can't boot without a cd and with -v -x in safe mode no graphics no audio no wireless no usb just keypad thanks God
faith u didn't mention anything about graphics card that i have to install
note: when i try to boot in normal mod it's loading normal and go to black screen and then freez so i have to hold down the power button til shutdown
and when i tried to boot from empire cd it's boot normal with mic always on no keypad no usb mouse either
so please faith tell me if i do somthing wrong and what the hell with this latop
i already installed it on my desktop core to quad with ati hd4850 with no problems at all and i update it from 10.6.0 to 10.6.4 without pain

now i'm running 10.6.4 but till now i cant boot from hd i'm sending u this post from mac os, i installed snow leopard from i boot cd cause i can't use the trackpad on empire cd but after install and update i cant boot with iboot cd except in -v -x safe mode that's why i will change his name to safe mode cd so using now empire cd to boot well not in safe mode but the problem now that it has low resolution 1024x768 but the iboot cd have 1366x768 when i boot from it in safe mode can u tell me with this

I have the A500-01V, with lower specs than the 01F.
I have downloaded Multibeast and will let you guys know about my progress when I have time; hopefully this weekend!

I am realy excited to dual-boot!
If I am not correct, the i3-330m and GeForce 3xx are supported, no?

I am unsure about what to expect for the 310M, because it appears in my research that some have had to updated with 320M drivers for OS X support. How will this do with Windows 7? The latest 310M drivers from the Nvidia site already leads to driver crashes, which is commonly discussed with A500 models; the working/older drivers that work without any failures are from the Toshiba website. What do you think?
