Toshiba Laptop reboots after kexts load

Can you take a picture of the kernel panic? I've seen success with the H55 chipset and various other chipsets, so I would think you could get it working with yours as well.

Basically the KP says failed to find a driver for this Platform ACPI. I have a picture but it wasn't to good.

Usually that sort of error implies a something wrong in the BIOS or hardware configuration. Do you know if the hard drive and DVD drive in the laptop are SATA or IDE?

this is the error you get if you are not using a REAL OSX install DVD. Are you using a legit DVD or something you downloaded.....

Maybe it's a bad/rip and burn. I will recreate my image from the Retail DVD I purchased from the Apple store.
