Hello Everyone is there a thunderbolt 3 Pcie Card that can be installed on my GA-z97x-UD3h Bk Motherboard so that i can use UNIVERSAL AUDIO APOLLO TWIN Thunderbolt 2 SOUNDCARD?

Asus produced an adapter that worked with a few Asus Z87 and Z 97 boards.

Gigabyte just produced the GA-Z97X-UD7 TH board and didn't offer any upgrades at that time.
You are probably aware that Gigabyte do now offer a Thunderboard upgrade on some Z170 board models:
