Thinkstation p520

Hi people.
I got Lenovo Think Station P520,
and I wish to convert it to MAC Station p520 with Mojave.

Managed to get to install macOS mojave, but it stucks at Apple logo.

Someone got time to help me with this one?

CPU: Intel Xeon W-2145 (8C16T)
RAM: 32Gb ECC
MB: Lenovo 1036
VIDEO : Quadro P4000 x2

I'w installed a few hackintoshes, but never on OEM hardware.

In the meantime i learned:
no mojave with nvidia yet.
i need some custom kexts in installation usb that "talk" to CPU, since it has 8 cores.
