Thinkpad T480 i5-8350U

Hi, I has just installed Mojave on this laptop and almost things work, but there are still some remaining problems:
1. Battery indicators not showing up (This laptop has dual batteries)
2. The machine took 30s to sleep but after waking up, the power led is still blinking as it recognized that the laptop is still sleeping
3. It seems that this laptop got warmer than in Windows or Ubuntu while using macOS and I don't know why
4. Is H265 support on this devices ?
5. I dont know if any other things need to be patched to get hackintosh stable on this device

Specs: Thinkpad T480 - i5 8350U, UHD620, 8GB DDR4, ALC3287

Pls help me to get hackintosh works better on this ThinkPad, thanks
