Clover injection works better for the ATI Radeon 5450 get advantage of injecting the FakeID via Clover instead of the DSDT but i decided to inject via the DSDT for my ATI Radeon 5450 in the end

So if you've injected a fake ID for the 5450 that means that others with an Elite 8000 should not attempt to use your custom DSDT.

The DSDT I patched has no PEG0 edits. How ever I have added PEG0 to the DSDT for the next user to inject their FakeID under PEG0.

10.11 is a no no on this machine. Doesn't seem to work. Mavericks works fine with Clover. Ill upload the Config.plist soon.

That's too bad, but tbh it runs Mavericks beautifully. If I can't update to the newest I think I can live with that. I just received my EVGA GeForee GT 610 in the mail yesterday and with it, plus a SSD, it's smooth sailing. I've been messing around with XBMC (which is now called Kodi) a little and I'm loving this whole set up so far. Kodi is really nice looking. Just need to figure out if it's possible to link Neflix through it, that would be perfect.

I tend to agree. Mavericks is the best fit for Media Center usage of the EZ 8000. It's still fully supported by Apple, Google Chrome and Firefox. You won't ever have to adjust SIP settings (security). There will be no system updates (.4 .5 etc.) to break your install. What's not to like ? Keep it simple.

Im running 10.10.5. But i Prefer Mavericks over 10.10.5 and 10.11.3 anyway. i Prefer the old UI so i may put Mavericks back on it. Ive sorted the Sound out also got Optical out i.e SPDIFF 5.1 Surround Sound so I'm happy with this build.

Are you using Voodoo HDA for the sound ? No pops or hissing sounds ? I'll be interested in learning
about that. Optical out and 5.1 Surround would be awesome. :D

Great, the UCA202 is already in my optional components list, post #1. Do you have a direct link
to Toleda's guide so that I can add it to this User Build ?
