It looks normal. Any temperature problem you have is likely a hardware problem, or a background software process. Check in Windows. And use Activity Monitor to check for CPU usage.

Thank you let me test with windows ....I also encountered another problem ,installed latest apple os x security update when i restarted my laptop didn't restart should i reboot using flash disk ??

I just updated my 4540s with the latest security update... no problem here. You should probably do a fresh install.

Thank you was asking cause i have done a clean installing everything went fine but after installing latest security update still my 4540s didn't restart ....
