System Fan stops after boot up

I am using Maverick 10.9.2 and just updated my system with Multibeast 6.3.0.

Strangely enough after booting up, the system fan stops. CPU fan is still running.

Appears to have a voltage decrease on the system fans.

Has anyone encountered this issue or know a fix?

Same problem here after upgrading the Intel fan with a water cooled system.

No problem if I start Windows

Maybe some SMC drivers?

Was there ever a fix for this, or a culprit? I just noticed that my sys fan 2 stops once I boot into OS X but runs during startup and in windows 7.
